Set in New Orleans, a city notorious for it’s political corruption and darkness, an up-and-coming young candidate for the U.S. Congress (James Spader) is filmed with a hooker in The Big Easy’s infamous Red Light District, Storyville. As he investigates who is the blackmailer, Spader begins to uncover family secrets involving his father and their political careers.
